Can WBLH host a wedding, reception, family gathering, or corporate retreat?
No. Walnut Beach Luxury House is a place to stay, not a venue. The home is not available for weddings, receptions, birthday parties, family reunions, corporate retreats, team offsites, cookouts, catered events, or other organized gatherings. If you're celebrating or bringing people together, we encourage gathering at a local restaurant, the beach, or another appropriate venue, then returning to Walnut Beach Luxury House as your private home base.
Do you allow bridal "getting ready" use?
Select bridal preparation and getting ready before an offsite ceremony or reception may be approved on a case-by-case basis, generally with no more than 10–12 total attendees, including overnight guests. Supplemental daytime use fees apply.
Walnut Beach Luxury House is not a wedding venue, bridal shower venue, rehearsal dinner venue, reception venue, or general event space. Approved use must remain modest, low-impact, and respectful of parking limitations.

What are check-in and checkout times?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM.
Is there a minimum booking age?
The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and remain at the property throughout the stay.
How does direct booking work?
Direct bookings follow an inquiry-first, concierge-style process and include secure Stripe payment processing, a signed rental agreement, government-issued ID verification, and security deposit authorization.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 14 or more days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7–13 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Reservations canceled within seven days of arrival are non-refundable.
Do you allow commercial photography or video shoots?
Professional photography, commercial content creation, brand shoots, influencer campaigns, or organized social media productions require prior written approval and may be subject to supplemental usage fees.
Unauthorized commercial use of the property is not permitted. If photos or videos from your stay are shared publicly, we always appreciate being credited as Walnut Beach Luxury House where appropriate.
